I totally get that it can be daunting, especially if this is your first time doing any personal development  (I was freaking out when I went to my first workshop). So hopefully the below will allay some of your fears and provide you with answers.

  • I’m scared I’ll have to sit in a room and divulge all my feelings. Will that happen?
    Absolutely not. The workshop experience is yours to shape. While sharing is encouraged, it's not required. You'll never be asked to share anything you're uncomfortable with. The focus is on self discovery and personal growth, and you get to decide what that looks like for you.
  • I'm worried the workshop is going to be too spiritual for me. Is that the case?
    While my own journey has included elements of spirituality, that's not what this workshop is about. I'm one of the most down to earth people you'll meet. There will be no flowing robes in this workshop. 🤣 The evening is designed to be both practical and transformative. I combine self-awareness techniques with real-life applications, so you leave with actionable tools you can implement immediately in your daily life. It's about real change—not fluff.
  • I've done workshops like this before. How is this different?
    Many workshops focus on theory or knowledge, but here, you learn by doing. There is a big difference between knowing something and actively applying it in your life. My approach is experiential, so you leave with a deep understanding and the confidence to make real changes.
  • I’m worried I’ll feel overwhelmed or out of place. Will that happen?
    Feeling nervous is completely normal, but rest assured, this workshop is designed to be a welcoming and supportive experience. You'll be among women who are on a similar journey, and we aim to create a comfortable and inclusive environment for everyone.
  • Will I be pressured to make big life changes during the workshop?
    Not at all! I believe in starting with small, manageable changes that build a foundation for bigger transformations later on, if needed. Just like you wouldn’t run a marathon without training, you don’t need to leap into huge changes right away. There is incredible power in making small shifts—like changing your mindset, adjusting your daily habits, or setting clearer boundaries. These little changes create a ripple effect that can lead to bigger, more meaningful shifts down the road, but only when you’re ready. This workshop is about taking the first steps at a pace that feels right for you.
  • Is this workshop right for me if I’m not sure what I want to change?
    Definitely! Many women attend because they feel something needs to change but aren't sure what that is yet. This workshop helps you uncover what truly matters to you, so you can begin to make meaningful, aligned decisions. Change is all about choice. Even if you gain awareness of an area in your life that isn't working for you, that doesn't mean you need to change it. You may choose for it to stay exactly how it is, but the awareness makes it more manageable.
  • What if I'm afraid of being judged by others in the group?
    Judgment has no place in any of my workshops. I create a safe, supportive space where everyone is encouraged to embrace their authentic selves. You’ll find a community of women who understand your journey because they’re on it too. Remember, we are all here to grow together
  • I’ve heard "self-awareness" can be uncomfortable. Is that true?
    It can be at times, but that's where growth happens. Self-awareness is about understanding yourself fully—your desires, fears, strengths, and areas for growth. It’s a gentle process that leads to profound, positive changes.
  • What can I expect to take away from the workshop?
    You’ll leave feeling lighter, more hopeful, and equipped with actionable techniques to continue your self-awareness journey. You’ll gain clarity on what brings you joy, confidence to face challenges, and tools to make meaningful changes in your life.
